Family Owned & Operated
Welcome to the Affordable Health Insurance Club! We are a mother-and-son team with a shared passion for helping local individuals, families, and businesses navigate the complexities of insurance. The majority of our customers reside in our home state, Georgia, but we are also licensed to service customers in surrounding southeastern states (AL, FL, NC, SC, TN, and TX).

We started off selling health insurance through the federal marketplace. We quickly expanded our portfolio to include Medicare, group insurance, supplement plans, and life insurance. Our last addition was our securities license to offer 401(k) management to our customers who own businesses.

We are appointed with 45 different carriers, enabling us to quote a wide range of options for our customers. Our appointments are purposely not quota-based because we want to work with our customers without bias about which product they decide to subscribe to.
The Team
Meet: Cheryl Farmer
Cheryl and her entire family have lived in the northwestern suburbs of Atlanta their entire life. She enjoys tackling projects around the house and spending time at the lake with family and friends. In 2018, Cheryl decided to become a licensed insurance broker and grew the business by customer referrals because of the knowledge and empathy she brings to every client interaction.

Meet: Mark Farmer
Mark and his family live in north Georgia. He enjoys DIY projects and four-wheeling in the mountains. Mark joined the team once the business became too large for one person to manage. He offers a fresh perspective to the company and contributes innovative solutions to improve our customer's overall experience. Mark shares Cheryl's passion for empowering customers with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions and is excited to grow within the industry.
